• You must be 18 years of age or over to use the Website and if you are below 18 years, kindly let your guardian to book the sessions or have their consent to book it. We will not share any information regarding the session until having client consent in it. 
• Use of the Website requires a connection to the Internet and appropriate telecommunication infrastructure. We are not liable for any costs you may incur from use of such.
• The Website may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by Manifestherapy. Illegal and/or unauthorised use of the Website is prohibited. Appropriate legal action will be taken against you for any illegal or unauthorised use by you of the Website.
• We disclaim all responsibility in relation to any Manifestherapy Services offered or made available on the Website to the maximum extent permitted by law. Neither Manifestherapy nor its officers, employees or agents may be held liable whether in relation to contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), product liability, tax matters or any other form of liability for any claim, damage, or loss, arising from or relating to the provision of Manifestherapy Services accessed or agreed to be supplied in connection with the Website.

In connection with your User Content, you affirm, represent, and warrant the following:

You agree that from time to time we may remove the Service (or part thereof) for indefinite periods of time or cancel the Service at any time, without notice to you.

In no case shall Manifestherapy, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, Service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the Services or any products procured using the Services, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Services or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Services or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service or platform, even if advised of their possibility. In all cases, our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you, if at all, for Service/product in dispute.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Manifestherapy for any breach in confidentiality. If you access Manifestherapy through a third-party platform, you indemnify Manifestherapy against any data breaches that occur due to any acts of commission or omission from the third-party platform.

Grievance Redressal

To address the grievances of the users, Manifestherapy has set up a Grievance Redressal Forum. We assure you a time bound solution not exceeding one month from the date of your complaint.
